Requirements
Proven recent experience as a successful leader
Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
Demonstrated experience in leading change
A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred)
FA qualification (desired)
