8+ years of experience in global health, development finance, or a closely related field
Experience in a blended organization combining software, data, and service delivery
Deep familiarity with Effective Altruism-aligned and family office funders
Strong analytical skills
Excellent writer and communicator
Experience managing post-award funder relationships
Demonstrated ability to operate across functions and build systems and team
Background in or strong knowledge of at least one core health area: malaria, HIV, TB, vision, or clinical AI
Comfortable working across sub-Saharan Africa
