Support our global Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging top talent across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and corporate roles
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and contribute to hiring success in a fast-paced, international environment
Drive sourcing activities for non-technical roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) across regions
Proactively identify and engage candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, talent databases, and professional networks
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification to ensure strong pipeline quality
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends
Track and analyze sourcing performance to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates
Support employer branding initiatives and engage with relevant professional talent communities
Requirements
2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within business functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Corporate roles)
Good understanding of Business profiles and hiring requirements
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
Strong communication skills and ability to engage candidates in a professional and compelling way
Organized, structured, and data-driven approach to work
High level of curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
