Prepare, review and verify group insurance applications
Follow up on outstanding application information with channel partners and clients
Respond to inquiries about policy terms and conditions, portal and general inquiries via hotline and email
Provide professional and technical advice to channel partners and prospective clients
Compile and prepare business-related reports for management
Coordinate logistics for proposal materials, wellness event programs, and channel record maintenance
Provide policy administrative and sales support
Assist the business team with proactive renewal services, supporting CRM throughout the renewal process
Prepare and provide necessary documents for renewals, including but not limited to renewal proposals and policy-related documents
Follow up on policy renewal statuses with distribution channels
Assist with compliance-related tasks
Prepare various reports, including claims reports
Collaborate with and actively support the frontline and operations teams to enhance sales operations and maximize operational efficiency
Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the smooth functioning of operations
Requirements
University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in group medical insurance/ Employee benefits at a reputable brokerage or insurance company (e.g., Aon, Mercer, Great Eastern, Howden, Pacific Prime, AIA)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mature and a self-starter
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting Hong Kong clients will be an advantage
