About this role
Role Overview
Manage, mentor and support the Business Central Analyst team to achieve defined goals.
Inspire and empower team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Delegate tasks among team members, set realistic deadlines and oversee day-to-day operations.
Evaluate team performance against predefined metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and software testers to ensure successful project delivery.
Support the team with analysis, development tasks and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Microsoft Business Central, including both technical and functional expertise.
Proven experience in a leadership role with strong leadership and people-management skills.
Ability to organize and structure diverse tasks within a team.
Strong decision-making skills with sound judgment and situation assessment capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
