Define yourself as a full-stack developer with at least a few years of professional experience in developer tasks
Understand that the tech stack itself can vary, since we work with multiple modern stacks
Possess a continuous service mindset and the ability to think of the service's lifetime value
Value and practice good communication
you should be fluent in at least English and Finnish
Have DevOps and/or cloud development experience, which is a plus, but not mandatory
