Head of Digital Growth

Role Overview

• Define and execute the digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead acquisition across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic, and affiliates.
• Manage media buying, budget allocation, and campaign performance.
• Optimize the marketing mix to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
• Drive decision-making through analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.
• Own key acquisition KPIs including FTD, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Identify, test, and scale new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and BI teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
• Deliver performance reporting, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in paid media, media buying, and traffic acquisition.
• Deep understanding of iGaming metrics such as FTD, ARPU, LTV, and churn.
• Hands-on experience with tracking, analytics, and attribution platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming or other high-volume online industries.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements within iGaming.
• Experience managing campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
