You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You assist in identifying new cooperation partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (cooperation partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them during execution
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, coordinate their assignments and ensure their well‑being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
