You assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers (partners)
You assist artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring them to life
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and strong motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
