You help identify and approach potential new collaboration partners
You will learn how inquiries and proposals are drafted and submitted during the course of the collaboration
You will learn about price negotiations and market pricing; additionally, you will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (by agreement)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and common pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new partners and future formats/shows. In the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on your development, will be gradually introduced to more responsibility.
Requirements
At least internship, working-student position and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Highly creative and motivated
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English skills
