Lead IT Auditor

Role Overview

• Conducting and supporting risk
• and system-oriented audits
• Planning and executing audits and risk-based testing
• Evaluating risks and assessing process efficiency
• Preparing audit reports and recommendations
• Providing best-practice advice
• Liaising with the Head of Internal Audit and the Audit Committee
• Contributing to the annual Internal Audit planning process
• Enhancing audit programs and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Experience as an internal and/or external auditor in a bank or asset manager
• Professional experience in the 2nd or 3rd line of defense (business unit or IT)
• Interest in data analytics and conducting audits
• Audit experience in complex organizations
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Knowledge of auditing standards and internal control principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation skills and the ability to assert influence
• Confident presence; able to work independently and as part of a team
• German (C2/C1) and English
