About this role
Role Overview
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo targeting CFOs, Controllers, and VP Finance leaders.
Craft highly personalized connection requests and follow-up sequences that navigate the complexity of medical claims auditing.
Manage and update all pipeline activity within HubSpot to ensure data integrity and lead tracking.
Book, confirm, and conduct initial screener conversations to qualify leads from various inbound channels.
Support a parallel outreach track focused on building relationships with insurance brokers.
Meet and exceed KPIs focused on qualified conversations booked, show rates, and lead advancement to the demo stage.
Partner with leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach strategies based on real-time market feedback.
Requirements
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in a BDR or similar sales development role, preferably within SaaS, Tech, or Financial Services.
Strong proficiency in Apollo (list building, enrichment, and sequencing) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced filtering and InMail).
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM for pipeline management.
Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
Comfort with ambiguity and the "startup grind"—you are excited to help build a process where one doesn't yet exist.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn a complex industry (healthcare claims) to hold credible conversations with senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience in the Healthcare or Health-Tech industry.
Background in cold calling and lead sourcing.
Experience in an early-stage or pre-revenue environment.
Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics to improve performance.
