Role Overview
Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, warm prospects).
Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, nurturing).
Quickly qualify restaurateurs' business needs.
Clearly present RusHour's offerings and their value proposition.
Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
Keep the CRM updated and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up.
Meet and exceed monthly signature/contract targets.
Ramp up quickly on our products, market, and tools.
Requirements
Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
Comfortable on the phone with strong persuasive abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Results
and performance-oriented mindset.
B2B sales / closing / cold calling experience is a plus but not required.
Autonomous, disciplined, and reliable.
