Role Overview
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their expectations
- Identify and prioritize business needs to define the target solution and product features
- Maintain and update the Product Backlog by translating business requirements into user stories
- Lead workshops with development teams to communicate product objectives and features
- Monitor product progress at each stage of the development process
- Validate functional tests and oversee test campaigns
- Support the Change Management team in defining rollout strategy and organizing training sessions
- Track tool adoption and ensure the product delivers business value through KPIs
- Provide updates and status reports to the product team
Requirements
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Ability to lead meetings in French and English
- Documentation is in English
- Ability to identify key elements and prioritize effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Prior experience in shipping is a plus
