Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role

Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail. Strong value of pragmatism over idealism in times of uncertainty

Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Python (Flask), SQL, and modern observability tooling
Experience with applying AI/LLMs in production use cases
Fintech or payments experience (credit underwriting, risk, compliance)
