Role Overview
- Monitor the supply chain to ensure orders are fulfilled in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost
- Monitor all stages of the supply chain to meet customers' requested delivery dates
- Track action plans and supply-chain problem resolutions that could impact order fulfillment
- Define prioritization for invoicing/shipments and coordinate it with the billing team
- Prepare sales forecast files with operational order status and billing/shipment forecasts
- Manage the order backlog
- Provide customer support for inquiries about order status, deliveries, and inventory position
- Monitor distributor stock rotations
- Monitor exports
- Track shipped orders with carriers through to the end customer, when requested
- Control KPIs related to order and delivery lead times
- Monitor customer RMAs (return merchandise authorizations)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Intermediate English
