Act as a consultative partner and primary point of contact for the commercial team, channels and clients in your portfolio (franchisees and distributors), ensuring a full understanding of requests with a strong customer-centric focus (Customer Success);
Manage product performance by monitoring daily KPIs such as TPV (transaction volume), penetration, conversion and delinquency, and evaluate the financial impacts of new initiatives;
Produce structured reports and results presentations, turning complex analyses into clear, coherent and robust messages for leadership and the executive board;
Lead the product's monthly closing rituals, working integrally with the Credit & Collections area and Grupo Boticário’s commercial structure;
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to map the product journey, identify operational bottlenecks and propose automations, enhancements and refinements to business rules with a focus on efficiency and scalability;
Support the expansion and growth of the financial solutions portfolio, assisting in designing monetization improvements and continuously refining the value proposition of the products under your management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Generalist profile with strong relational skills, acting as a strategic business consultant to understand customers’ pain points, distancing from the profile of a "traditional salesperson";
High analytical capability and sharp logical reasoning to transform large volumes of raw data into practical commercial action plans;
Functional proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (ability to build numeric rationales, analytical views and basic formulas);
Excellent communication and executive influence to lead interactions with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and ease in structuring and delivering presentations to the board;
Ownership mentality and a highly hands-on, execution-oriented profile, demonstrating resilience and mental agility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities;
Business vision and critical thinking, with desirable understanding of financial models (especially focused on B2B credit and B2P/Salons) to support prioritization of executive demands;
Availability to travel across Brazil regularly (approximately every two months, for 3 to 4 days) for in-person visits and relationship-building with franchisees;
Advantage: Familiarity with cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or BI tools (not required, as the company provides training).
