As a Product Manager Specialist II, you will be the primary owner responsible for managing and integrating the RGM and Demand ecosystem. The unified platform integrates areas such as Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, etc., bringing together Sell-in and Sell-out operations. You will play a central role during a critical transition phase, balancing maintenance of a legacy system with the construction of a new data
and AI-driven architecture.
Integration of Complex Ecosystems: Lead the development of a unified platform, with deep understanding of the interdependencies among multiple modules (Planning, Campaigns, Pricing, Simulators) and ensure that technical development directly reflects business value;
Resilience and Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of connection and trust between Technology and Business areas. You will need to manage expectations regarding accumulated technical debt, restore alignment with planners, and manage executive requirements, negotiating priorities between supporting the current model (As-Is) and developing the future solution (To-Be);
Delivery Management and Value Focus: Break large, complex projects into incremental value deliveries (MVPs). You will define the functional scope of each phase (e.g., centralized data view, automatic recalculation) and be responsible for excluding non-priority features based on return on investment (ROI) and adoption metrics;
Change Management: Lead user transition by designing highly usable solutions to eliminate dependence on parallel spreadsheets, ensuring the new platform is adopted organically in partnership with stakeholders;
Data and AI Orientation: Leverage GenAI for automation and ensure transparency (explainability) of predictive models, aiming to increase planners' confidence, reduce bias from manual interventions, and continuously improve error indicators;
Mentorship and Raising Standards: Serve as a senior reference within the team, sharing best practices for continuous discovery, methodologies for breaking down deliveries, and strategic documentation applied to RGM and Planning.
Requirements
Problem Solving and Systemic Vision: Experience managing fragmented ecosystems, understanding end-to-end information architecture (data, application, integrations) and the impact of decisions on cross-functional processes;
Executive Communication and Conflict Management: Strong ability to adapt communication to different audiences. You must be able to translate technical debt issues and operational incidents to business directors and, at the same time, convey planning operation requirements to engineering teams;
Product Experience (Specialist Level): Solid experience managing highly complex digital products. Mastery of discovery dynamics, roadmap definition in uncertain scenarios, and tracking success metrics (Adoption, CSAT, Efficiency);
Autonomy Under Pressure: Professional maturity to act autonomously in high operational pressure situations (e.g., incidents during planning cycles), leading crisis resolution and guiding the team in developing structural solutions.
Differentials:
Previous experience with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Supply Chain, RGM (Revenue Growth Management) or Demand Planning in the Retail or Manufacturing sector;
Experience in the transition and migration of critical legacy systems;
Practical knowledge of applying Artificial Intelligence in a business context;
Experience in process mapping and architecture;
