Build and maintain the pipelines that feed our data lake, internal datasets, external API ingestions, orchestration, and data quality;
Model and evolve the data layers with a focus on consistency, performance, and cost;
Help build the semantic layer for data consumption via MCPs;
Implement and operate technical governance;
Monitor cost and performance, recommend materializations and optimize partitioning;
Validate hypotheses, metrics, and inconsistencies before they reach the consumption layer.

Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery (or equivalent warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks);
Python for building and maintaining data pipelines (Airflow, Dataflow, or similar);
Experience with dimensional modeling and layered architectures (medallion or equivalent);
Familiarity with CDC and transactional data ingestion;
Ability to interpret business requests, translate questions into data models, and validate results;
Comfortable working in evolving environments where platform and product grow together;
Experience with cloud providers such as GCP, Azure, or AWS;
Experience in fintechs, B2B SaaS companies, or financial products is a plus;
Experience with data governance in multi-tenant environments is a plus;
Interest in or hands-on experience with LLMs applied to data, including text-to-SQL, MCPs, and RAG over structured data;
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
