Develops, coordinates and delivers training programs and professional development activities for VR staff statewide.
Supports statewide training initiatives by developing instructional materials, facilitating virtual and instructor-led training events, conducting training needs assessments, evaluating learning outcomes and assisting with curriculum development.
Completes training materials and activities to promote the vision and mission of the Division.
Coordinates presenters, guest speakers and SMEs to support training events and learning initiatives.
Setting up, operating, and tearing down equipment such as LCD projectors, laptops, & assistive listening devices.
Requirements
Knowledge of Vocational Rehabilitation policies and procedures
Working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert and collaborating with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, including delivery and virtual training programs
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-25% travel
