Role Overview
- Leverage equities expertise to coordinate supervision activities across regional equities businesses
- Ensuring adherence to regional supervisory procedures
- Monitoring of key control indicators and dashboards
- Ensure prompt escalation of issues by Front office to relevant control functions
- Coordinating Front Office RCSA process
- Monitoring of Global Markets Audit reviews and points focusing on timely closure of Audit issues across the business
- Supporting business management in the regular review of Conduct Risk KRIs and dashboards
- Facilitating establishment of governance and project management in line with project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Equities Middle Office, Equities Trading OR Operational Risk Management with Equities coverage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory and supervision standards and requirements
- Experience working with key risk indicators, performance metrics, and multiple data sets
- An ability to remain objective and to independently raise areas of risk exposure
