About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for serving as a Business Office Director in the absence of the community's BOD.
Manage the general administration of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and administrative Human Resource functions.
Travel 95% of the time and demonstrate flexibility in travel schedule.
Develop a winning culture and live values of Authenticity, Teamwork, Compassion, Commitment, and Resilience.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, payroll or human resources, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years experience working as a business office director or equivalent in the senior living industry.
Three (3) years experience supervising and managing employees.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
Must be highly motivated to work with little direction at times.
