Lead and develop your team above all else: running 1:1s, giving feedback, supporting career growth, and creating the conditions for your engineers to do their best work.
Own your team's delivery: from day-to-day unblocking to project planning, execution quality, and making sure the right things get shipped on time.
Drive technical leadership: you are not just a people manager. You stay close to the technical work, challenge architectural decisions, and ensure the team maintains high engineering standards.
Contribute individually, roughly 20 to 25% of your time: whether through code, technical documentation, or code reviews.
