Coordinate portfolio governance activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support the creation of presentations and materials for decision-making councils.
Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Jira, and Excel.
Ensure data quality across portfolio systems and produce ad-hoc analyses.
Update process documentation, templates, and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate portfolio updates and onboard new stakeholders to the process.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in IT portfolio management, project management, or business process improvement.
Analytical mindset with experience working with data and creating reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Jira is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Curious and eager to learn, with a hands-on mindset and the initiative to jump in and drive things forward.
Mandatory fluency in German and English.
