Define and implement a performance strategy for the company's contract management activity.
Oversee and intervene at all key stages of a contract's lifecycle.
Streamline contractual processes to increase productivity and facilitate decision-making.
Identify, prevent and control litigation risks related to regulations and their evolution.
Communicate and act as the interface with all stakeholders involved in a project or contract: internal (legal, marketing, sales and finance) and external (clients, service providers and suppliers, administrative authorities).
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement
At least 6 years of experience in operational IT procurement broadly defined: Software, Hardware, P2I, Telecoms
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are key assets for the successful delivery of the project
