Role Overview
- Stabilize, optimize and maintain an existing CRM application
- Design and implement new features
- Mentor and support the team (mentoring, pair programming, best practices)
- Actively contribute to technical scoping and architectural decisions
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the platform
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django
- Experience with React (JS/TS) appreciated
- Solid fundamentals in Docker, CI/CD, and deployment best practices
- Proficient with PostgreSQL; NoSQL knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Node.js; Elasticsearch is a bonus
