You will strategically develop our business intelligence landscape: from data architecture and dashboards to self-service reporting for all departments
You analyze performance data from the webshop, marketplaces, CRM, paid media and logistics — and derive concrete recommendations for management
You develop KPIs, forecasts and scenarios that make our growth trajectory controllable (revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, retention, inventory levels, channel profitability)
You identify optimization opportunities across the entire customer journey — from acquisition and conversion to repeat purchase rate
You deploy AI and machine-learning applications in production: e.g., for forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, automated reports or marketing measurement
You establish a modern data stack (e.g., BigQuery / Snowflake, dbt, Looker / Power BI / Tableau) and ensure a clean, scalable data foundation
You work closely with marketing, e‑commerce, operations, finance and external partners, translating complex data questions into clear, decision-ready answers
You act as a sparring partner for the executive team on strategic issues around growth, channel mix and internationalization
