You will support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning.
You will further develop financial models and KPI dashboards and analyze where revenue, margins and working capital are heading — and why.
You will translate operational and financial metrics into concrete recommendations for action.
You will run business case calculations, support investment decisions and contribute to the development of our management and control structures.
You will work closely with Accounting, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure finance processes are transparent and efficient.
You will actively drive digitization and automation efforts.
You will support the CFO on strategic special projects — from ERP and reporting projects to assisting with audits and bank meetings.

3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controlling
You identify relationships in numbers — and can make them understandable to others.
You are proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and BI systems.
Budgeting, forecasting and reporting are part of your daily routine, not exceptions.
You work in a structured and independent manner — you do not require close supervision.
You communicate clearly, including with people outside of Finance.
You have very good German skills and are confident in English.
