Conduct high-quality, time-efficient audits within the allocated budget in complex areas, complying with all relevant standards, regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with audit colleagues on complex audits to synthesize findings from multiple perspectives and achieve the best possible outcomes
Identify key risks and assess the environment, including through data analysis
Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting key findings, including agreed remediation actions
Monitor remediation of weaknesses in coordination with line managers
Coach and train line managers; foster relationships and an open environment for discussion
Contribute to the development of the audit function (tools, processes and methodology) and promote a culture of continuous learning, integrity and ethics
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
Certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA or CISA
Several years of professional experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance at banks or audit firms
Audit experience in finance, accounting, process auditing or analytics
Knowledge of banks, their processes and investment products
Experience with data, IT and AI
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Proficiency in data analysis
Analytical, responsible personality with independent, audit-oriented thinking
Team-oriented with strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
Willingness to learn quickly and stay up to date on relevant developments
