Maintain and grow customer accounts while supporting program participation and savings goals
Act as a local, on‑site representative for customers and contractors, encouraging participation and resolving issues
Support multiple program types, including retail, residential HVAC, and other energy efficiency offerings
Travel throughout a defined territory to visit customers, contractors, and retail locations
Verify installations, inventory, and program compliance during site visits
Provide guidance to customers and contractors on program requirements and processes
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in program systems
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions based on program and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to support program success and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tools
Ability to track, document, and manage customer interactions and data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with contractors, construction, or building trades (preferred)
Background in B2B sales or technical product sales (e.g., HVAC, building materials, equipment) (preferred)
Familiarity with energy efficiency or utility programs (preferred)
Ability to understand and communicate basic technical information (preferred)
