Role Overview
- Lead Airwallex’s financial planning process globally
- Be a trusted liaison between CEO, CFO, and CRO
- Own integrated P&L forecasting and reporting
- Provide actionable insight for senior leadership
- Build the data and AI foundations for FP&A function
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities and execute strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity
- Deep experience in integrated financial modelling
- A record of providing high quality analytical decision support to senior leadership teams
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Comfortable with large datasets and SQL
- Familiarity with the use of AI/ML tools
