Mid-level UX Designer with experience creating intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences.
Proficient in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using tools such as Figma.
Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, validating solutions through usability testing and data analysis, and contributing to the continuous evolution of digital products.
Able to work independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and translate business and user needs into efficient solutions aligned with UX best practices and User-Centered Design.
Requirements
Proven experience creating intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences
Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including interviews, user testing, and insight gathering
Experience with user journey mapping (User Journey Mapping)
Solid knowledge of Information Architecture
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and digital interfaces
Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma
Experience validating solutions through usability testing
Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify improvements in digital products
Experience identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement of the user experience
Ability to translate business and user needs into efficient solutions
Experience with User-Centered Design practices
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams (design, product, technology, business)
Strong communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions
Analytical thinking and a problem-solving focus
