About this role
Role Overview
- Own and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Design and optimize workflows, automations, and operational processes.
- Manage lifecycle stages and lead management processes.
- Build dashboards and reports that support business decisions.
- Improve alignment and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales.
- Analyze and improve key funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Provide operational support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or CRM Management.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise (reporting, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and automation).
- Experience working with pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset and business orientation.
- Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, consulting, Data, or AI companies.
- RevOps experience.
- Event marketing experience.
- Experience using Claude or other AI tools in a professional environment.
