Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields is required
Solid understanding of core accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, VAT basics)
Fluency in English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Client management skills are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage
