Regulatory Specialist III

Role Overview

• Provides high-level administrative support to the Program Operations Administrator for the Licensure Unit within the Board of Medicine
• Assists in directing and coordinating processing of licensing of applicants for initial licensure as medical doctors
• Responsible for pre-committee meeting activities to ensure completeness of the record
• Prepares legal notices of committee meetings within mandatory timeframes
• Responsible for reviewing Orders regarding licensure status for applicants
• Communicates with the public and attorneys verbally and in writing
• Prepares other quality assurance reports

Requirements

• Must be physically present in the office to effectively perform job duties and responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
