Organize information, conduct research requested topics or issues, maintain electronic document libraries
Compile and assess information from a variety of sources to present options, conclusions or recommendations
Serve as the secondary trainer for the MQA Customer Contact Center, including developing and delivering new-hire and on-going training for staff within the unit and across MQA as assigned
Support purchasing activities, including preparing requests, gathering quotes, tracking orders and ensuring compliance
Serve as a liaison between outside vendors and the unit
Assisting with communication, coordination, scheduling and follow up on services, products or contracted work as needed
Work special assignments on short deadlines with accuracy and quality outputs
Requirements
Minimum of two years with Documentation Processing or administrative operations
Experience in delivering training and/or instructional support to staff
