Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts during termination of parental rights and finalization hearings.
Conduct hearings, mediations, and consults using deep knowledge of Texas adoption laws, regulations, and compliance.
Help families navigate their most emotional and rewarding chapters with results-driven, empathetic representation.

A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation, with a strong focus on adoption procedures (5+ years preferred).
A strong presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a busy docket.
Highly organized advocate experienced in drafting adoption petitions, agreements, pleadings, and discovery with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.

Competitive Earnings: $80k – $130k Base + bi-weekly billable hour bonus structure with $70k+ annual upside.
