Requirements
A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters (5+ years preferred).
A strong presence in the courtroom for contested matters and the ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure.
Highly organized advocate experienced in drafting comprehensive trusts, wills, pleadings, and structures with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.
