Role Overview
- Define and oversee the high-level structure of software systems
- Lead the transition toward an Agentic SDLC, moving beyond traditional automation to implement AI-augmented testing and development workflows
- Develop features in Kubernetes and OpenShift within an agile team
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Support to identify and prioritize features for upcoming releases
- Lead the research and integration of AI/ML technologies to innovate processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience writing code in Go, Java, or Python
- Proven experience in architecting and designing complex, large-scale distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM Orchestration (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT) and AI-augmented development
- Deep understanding of containers and Kubernetes internals, including multi-tenancy and security primitives
