Compile Electromagnetic Interference Test Report (EMITR)
Support TEMPEST control plan and test plan creation
Support High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) analysis
Perform Co-site analysis
Support MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461 requirements allocations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in RF engineering or a related role
Proficiency in RF/E3 design and testing techniques
Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices, including various RF/E3 modeling, analysis techniques, and tools
Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams
Experience with advanced RF/E3 simulation tools
Understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards
Knowledge of industry standard RF principles as they apply to design, analysis, and test
Understanding of techniques to perform RF analysis such as Co-site, E3 integration, link budgets, and antenna patterns
Experience with analysis software applications such as ANSYS HFSS, ANSYS EMIT, ANSYS SAVANT/SBR+, CST, EMA3D EMC+ /Charge+, Python and MATLAB
Capable of developing substantiation documentation to demonstrate compliance to related requirements and industry standards to include test plans/reports, analysis documents, and compliance checklists
Experience with RF test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers and Signal Generators
Knowledgeable of industry standard RF assemblies and component selection and developing technical specifications.
