Process Manager, Monthly Billing

Role Overview

• Oversee the end-to-end configuration, validation, and freeze of recurring monthly billing processes
• Manage the monthly reconciliation close process
• Create and validate processes
• Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
• Analyze, identify, and correct data issues with systems used or owned by a department
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
• Manage and lead a team of associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Process management
• Master’s Degree or MBA (Preferred)
• Lean certification or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
