CRE Portfolio Manager III

Role Overview

• Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
• Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio.
• Assist in optimizing customer relationships working directly with Relationship Managers.
• Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management.
• Work with and mentor Credit Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, accounting or demonstrated knowledge and expertise
• 12+ yrs related experience in CRE
