About this role

Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal guidance to stakeholders.
Support the organization in managing labor law compliance, employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
Ensure corporate records, reportorial requirements, and governance documentation are properly maintained across Philippine and international entities.
Support the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of contracts to protect interests while enabling business growth.
Partner with the Legal & Compliance Lead in maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Philippine lawyer in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in labor law, corporate law, contract management, compliance, or related legal practice.
Experience handling SENA proceedings, Labor Arbiter matters, employment investigations, and contract review preferred.
Strong legal drafting, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting fast-growing or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
