About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Perform current-state and future-state analysis, including process flows and gap analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API-based integrations and system interfaces
- Support data-related initiatives, including ETL processes and data transformations using Informatica
- Analyze and validate data using SQL and relational databases
- Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritized, and aligned with business and regulatory needs
- Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technical teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of API-based integrations
- Ability to perform current-state and future-state analysis
- Hands-on experience analyzing and validating data using SQL
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and data flow architectures
- Experience supporting data transformation initiatives using Informatica
- Strong understanding of data quality, data lineage, and reconciliation techniques
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
