About this role
Role Overview
- leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.
- captures and compiles standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process
- serves as key contributor in a larger human resources and business ecosystem
- provides standard consultation to business partners and candidates on the hiring process
- builds relationships and consults hiring managers on talent needs, gaps, and skills aligned with the goals and direction of the organization
- researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- ability to recruit for Retail Branch roles, including positions ranging from Branch Managers to Tellers
- strong ability to proactively source talent
- Bachelor's degree
- knowledge of Competitive Advantages, Decision Making, Job Interviews, Recruiting Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning
