Provides trust administration support to enable assigned Trust Officer(s) to effectively manage accounts while maintaining an optimal level of client service
Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts accurately and by necessary deadlines
Interfaces with centralized support areas to ensure completion
Reads and understands Trust Agreements and related documents for administrative purposes
Ensures fees are set up correctly as directed by Trust Officer
Monitors accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts and un-invested cash
Uses cash forecasting to determine approximate amount needed in accounts
Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team
Follows-up on client issues and relays information to clients
Resolves client requests and refers complex inquiries to Trust Officer
Assists Trust Officer in managing business pipeline activity through Salesforce
Requirements
Associate's Degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Experience working in the financial industry or other client service roles (required)
Experience working in a trust department (preferred)
Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in strong customer service, communications, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated attention to detail
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and web-based portals
