Supports the implementation of digital communications strategies that strengthen the AltaMed Foundation brand identity
Manages the development and delivery of donor-focused content, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness
Supervises the Donor Relations Writer
Coordinates and executes multi-platform communications, including website, email marketing, and social media
Maintains website content and monitors digital traffic
Tracks and analyzes performance across channels to inform ongoing improvements
Collaborates with departments to ensure messaging is aligned and culturally responsive

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, nonprofit management, or a related field
Master’s degree a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications, content management, or donor/constituent relations
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar)
Experience with website CMS tools and social media management
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail across donor-facing content.
