Responsible for driving overall national account sales through signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for assigned segment, and or geographical territory.
Build and secure new commercial accounts, referrals, and build relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations.
Responsible for developing business relationships and all commercial opportunities with multi-unit housing, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail, commercial brokers/carriers, and government.
Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
Responsible for account management and compliance with service level agreements.
Facilitate service opportunities with the Commercial Operations Development team.
Requirements
College degree or equivalent
Three plus years of experience at a senior level
Experience in supplying to or working with multi-family, property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, and/or government.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Adobe, etc.)
Existing contacts within one or more of our core target areas
Specialized knowledge or certifications within the property and casualty industry and/or fields of mitigation, restoration, or construction.
Able to communicate effectively with drawings and charts.
