About this role
Role Overview
Support inbound call scheduling for Endocrinology and Rheumatology
Handle issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payments, and patient services
Update billing information, establish payment plans, resolve payment inquiries, and assist with patient scheduling
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience
Previous data entry experience
Prior scheduling experience preferred
Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
