Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Support inbound call scheduling for Endocrinology and Rheumatology
• Handle issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payments, and patient services
• Update billing information, establish payment plans, resolve payment inquiries, and assist with patient scheduling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of customer service experience
• Previous data entry experience
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
