Own end-to-end operational execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, direct mail, digital, SMS, etc.) to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and measurable outcomes
Segmentation and prioritization of target audiences
Partner with industry to identify and execute marketing opportunities to build category and brand awareness with physicians, patients, and thought leaders
Lead recurring campaign operations standups/status meetings; communicate progress and blockers clearly
Align stakeholders on scope changes, tradeoffs, and timelines; manage expectations and approvals
Create standard operating procedures and templates to improve throughput and consistency
Collaborate with internal & external agencies on creative execution and channel delivery
Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, leverage data to drive future campaigns
Manage budget including forecasting and tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree OR high school diploma with 8 years of marketing experience
Minimum of 4 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and digital channels
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
